The company´s own quality controls guarantee high-quality processing of our products.
This is proven by our many types of certification:
- manufacturer´s approval by Thuringia Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) according to PED 97/23/EG and AD Data Sheet W0/TRD 10
- manufacturer´s certification according to DIN 18800-7 2002-09 Class E
- approval for non-destructive testing according to DIN EN 473 in the UT 2, PT 2 and MT 2 test procedures
- certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008
- various procedural tests and approvals for MAG and flash butt welding
- certified in acc. to EC directive 89/106/EWG
We use the following testing procedures for quality assurance purposes:
- US testing (UT)
- surface crack test with penetrant testing (PT)
- magnetic powder test (MT)
- destructive material tests
